Individual-era rule finds about twice the high-warning repositories of the organization-era rule (34 vs 17 of 400)

The organization-era rule cannot see personal email addresses outside contact wording, private network addresses on operational lines, or paths inside configuration files; the individual-era rule adds them, each pre-registered.

Interpretation

interpretation
Suggestive for H4 and an instrument lesson: a measurement designed around organizations under-reads individuals. Both rules are heuristics without human validation.

Limitations

limitations
  • Exploratory, non-probability frame; not a prevalence estimate.
  • No human checked any finding; secret-like means a shape and was never tested.
  • Current public state only, observed once.
