From secret scanning to semantic privacy

Pattern detectors answer whether a known secret form is present; an artifact can still carry identity, paths, topology or a value split across constants and files with no literal match. Recoverability is graded R0 not recoverable … R4 literally present. A semantic AI detector is not an oracle; pattern evidence, semantic evidence, policy context and independent falsification are combined, and UNKNOWN stays an answer.
